Refund and Returns Policy

At ChickenComfort.com, we work with trusted print-on-demand partners like Printify to create high-quality, custom-made products for chicken lovers. Since all items are made-to-order, our return and refund policies are as follows:

1. Can I Return My Order?

Since all products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Buyer’s remorse (e.g., wrong size, color, or design).
Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout.
Slight color variations due to screen differences (minor variations are normal).

However, we will replace or refund items if:

✔️ They arrive damaged or defective.
✔️ They are misprinted or do not match the design ordered.
✔️ The wrong item or size was sent due to a fulfillment mistake.

Important: Customers are not required to return defective items. If your order qualifies for a refund or replacement, we will process it without requiring you to send the item back.

2. How to Report an Issue (Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item)

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you must report the issue within 30 days of delivery.

📌 To request a replacement or refund, follow these steps:
1️⃣ Email us at info@chickencomfort.com with:

  • Subject Line: Refund Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
  • Your Order Number
  • A clear photo of the defective, damaged, or incorrect item
  • A brief description of the issue

    2️⃣ We will review your request within 2-3 business days.
    3️⃣ If approved, we will either:
    Send a replacement at no cost (for the same item).
    Issue a refund to your original payment method.

📌 Note: You do not need to return the item. Printify does not require defective items to be returned, so you may keep, donate, or dispose of the product.

3. Refunds & Processing Time

🔄 Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after approval. The exact time depends on:

  • Your payment provider’s processing time (bank, PayPal, etc.).
  • Whether you received a replacement or a refund.

If your order qualifies for a replacement, we will submit a new order immediately at no extra charge.

4. Cancellations & Order Changes

Orders can only be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase because all products are made-to-order.

❌ If your order has already moved into production, we cannot cancel or change it.
❌ If the order has shipped, we cannot issue a refund unless the item is defective or incorrect.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund after 10 business days, follow these steps:

1️⃣ Check your bank account or PayPal balance.
2️⃣ Contact your credit card company (processing times vary).
3️⃣ If you still don’t see a refund, email us at info@chickencomfort.com for assistance.
