At ChickenComfort.com, we work with trusted print-on-demand partners like Printify to create high-quality, custom-made products for chicken lovers. Since all items are made-to-order, our return and refund policies are as follows:

1. Can I Return My Order?

Since all products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

❌ Buyer’s remorse (e.g., wrong size, color, or design).
❌ Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout.
❌ Slight color variations due to screen differences (minor variations are normal).

However, we will replace or refund items if:

βœ”οΈ They arrive damaged or defective.
βœ”οΈ They are misprinted or do not match the design ordered.
βœ”οΈ The wrong item or size was sent due to a fulfillment mistake.

Important: Customers are not required to return defective items. If your order qualifies for a refund or replacement, we will process it without requiring you to send the item back.

2. How to Report an Issue (Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item)

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you must report the issue within 30 days of delivery.

3. Refunds & Processing Time

  • Whether you received a replacement or a refund.

If your order qualifies for a replacement, we will submit a new order immediately at no extra charge.

4. Cancellations & Order Changes

Orders can only be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase because all products are made-to-order.

❌ If your order has already moved into production, we cannot cancel or change it.
❌ If the order has shipped, we cannot issue a refund unless the item is defective or incorrect.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund after 10 business days, follow these steps:
