At ChickenComfort.com, we work with trusted print-on-demand partners like Printify to create high-quality, custom-made products for chicken lovers. Since all items are made-to-order, our return and refund policies are as follows:
1. Can I Return My Order?
Since all products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
β Buyerβs remorse (e.g., wrong size, color, or design).
β Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout.
β Slight color variations due to screen differences (minor variations are normal).
However, we will replace or refund items if:
βοΈ They arrive damaged or defective.
βοΈ They are misprinted or do not match the design ordered.
βοΈ The wrong item or size was sent due to a fulfillment mistake.
Important: Customers are not required to return defective items. If your order qualifies for a refund or replacement, we will process it without requiring you to send the item back.
2. How to Report an Issue (Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item)
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you must report the issue within 30 days of delivery.
π To request a replacement or refund, follow these steps:

- Subject Line: Refund Request β Order #[Your Order Number]
- Your Order Number
- A clear photo of the defective, damaged, or incorrect item
- A brief description of the issue
2οΈβ£ We will review your request within 2-3 business days.
3οΈβ£ If approved, we will either:
β Send a replacement at no cost (for the same item).
β Issue a refund to your original payment method.
π Note: You do not need to return the item. Printify does not require defective items to be returned, so you may keep, donate, or dispose of the product.
3. Refunds & Processing Time
π Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after approval. The exact time depends on:
- Your payment providerβs processing time (bank, PayPal, etc.).
- Whether you received a replacement or a refund.
If your order qualifies for a replacement, we will submit a new order immediately at no extra charge.
4. Cancellations & Order Changes
Orders can only be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase because all products are made-to-order.
β If your order has already moved into production, we cannot cancel or change it.
β If the order has shipped, we cannot issue a refund unless the item is defective or incorrect.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund after 10 business days, follow these steps:
